At Perriel, each order is prepared with care and processed in the order it is received. Our operating time zone is PST. Orders placed after 3:00 PM PST will be processed on the following business day. Standard orders are typically processed and shipped within 36–48 business hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for clients who require faster delivery. Expedited shipping may be available at an additional cost, and pricing will vary based on destination, carrier selection, and delivery timeline. If you would like expedited service or prefer a specific shipping carrier, please reach out to help@perriel.com before placing your order, or as soon as possible after checkout, so we can confirm availability and any additional charges.

Once your order has shipped, tracking details will be provided by email. Please note that all shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make every effort to ensure prompt dispatch, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
