At Perriel, we take pride in curating products with care and presenting each item as accurately as possible. Please review the details below before placing your order.
All Sales Are Final
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final. Because our inventory is carefully curated and may include limited-availability items, we are unable to guarantee returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order carefully before completing checkout. If you notice an issue, please reach out to us as soon as possible at help@perriel.com. While we will do our best to assist before fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at help@perriel.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution.
Condition of Products
Some items may be packaged in a way that reflects the nature of the product or the manufacturer’s presentation. Minor packaging variation does not always qualify as a defect. We encourage clients to review product listings carefully before purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
Refund Timing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the credit.
