How do you review products before they are offered for sale?
Each product is reviewed for overall condition, packaging presentation, and visible quality before it is listed or shipped. For sensory and squishy-style items, we pay close attention to texture, surface finish, packaging integrity, and any unusual odor that may affect the client experience.
Do you carry items with strong chemical smells?
No. We do not intentionally stock items that present a harsh or unpleasant odor. While some sensory toys may have a mild material scent when first opened, anything that feels excessive, sticky, oily, or out of standard is not aligned with our quality expectations.[tabasquishy +1]
Are your items authentic?
We only offer products that we believe to be genuine and accurately represented as listed. We do not claim authorized retailer status unless specifically stated, and we encourage clients to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchase.
