How do you source your products?  

We curate our assortment through reputable wholesale, retail, and distribution channels, with a focus on product quality, authenticity, and presentation. Every item is selected with care to support a refined client experience and to align with the standards Perriel is building for the long term.

How do you review products before they are offered for sale?  

Each product is reviewed for overall condition, packaging presentation, and visible quality before it is listed or shipped. For sensory and squishy-style items, we pay close attention to texture, surface finish, packaging integrity, and any unusual odor that may affect the client experience.

Do you carry items with strong chemical smells?

 
No. We do not intentionally stock items that present a harsh or unpleasant odor. While some sensory toys may have a mild material scent when first opened, anything that feels excessive, sticky, oily, or out of standard is not aligned with our quality expectations.[tabasquishy +1]

Are your items authentic?

 
We only offer products that we believe to be genuine and accurately represented as listed. We do not claim authorized retailer status unless specifically stated, and we encourage clients to review product details carefully and reach out with any questions before purchase.

Are your products compliant for California customers?  

We take California product expectations seriously and work to source items responsibly for the market we serve. If a product includes any required warning or disclosure, we aim to present it clearly so clients can shop with confidence.

What brands do you carry?  

Perriel features curated toy and sensory favorites, including NeeDoh, Toymendous, Sunny Days, and Incredible Group, with inventory rotating as new pieces are added.

Are all items new?  

Unless stated otherwise, products are offered as new and carefully reviewed before shipment. We aim for listings to reflect the product as accurately as possible, including condition, packaging, and presentation.
